PS3 Madden 10 Playoffs Offer you Large Payoffs

The soundtrack on PS3 Madden 10 is another facet that will get hardcore gamers going. The past few years have seen the soundtracks becoming an integral facet of the games, and Madden is leading the pack. PS3 Madden 10's soundtrack brings the right level of intensity, as well as a great mix of newer and older songs ("older" being a relative term here, of course). If you're not convinced, check out PS3 Madden 10's roster of songs: "Can't C Me" by 2Pac, "Heads are Gonna Roll" by Airbourne, "Them Bones" by Alice in Chains, "Created a Monster" by B.o.B, "Revolution" by Bang Camaro, "Sabotage" by Beastie Boys, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Get 'Em Up" by Cypress Hill, "Unsung" by Helmet, "Aces High" by Iron Maiden, "Painkiller" by Judas Priest, "I Am the Bullgod" by Kid Rock, "Reckoning" by Killswitch Engage, "Blind" by Korn, "Divinations" by Mastodon, "Hate Me Now" by Nas featuring Puff Daddy, "Breed" by Nirvana, "Walk" by Pantera, "Shut 'Em Down" by Public Enemy, "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine, "Gaia Bleeds (Make Way for Man)" by Set Your Goals, "Duality" by Slipknot, "Sugar" by System of a Down, "Before I Die" by The Vanity Plan," and "Cheah Beah" by Young Dre The Truth. If all those features and upgrades haven't convinced you that PS3 Madden 10 is a masterpiece, then perhaps a trip through the sports video game timeline will. Maybe it's an obtuse comparison, lavishing platitudes on PS3 Madden 10, just because it blows every past video football game out of the water. After viewing the earliest football video games, however, you'll understand why PS3 Madden 10 is such an achievement. Obviously, football video games were on every gamer's wish list when the first console games were out there. Trouble was, the video game consoles' abilities weren't as fully realized as gamers' football fantasies, so hardcore gamers had to make do with what was there. To try to generate excitement, the creators of this one insisted it featured "all the excitement" of actual football. Competition was nonexistent, so this one was a huge hit for the biggest video game console in the day. Those guys on the playing field sure couldn't pass for actual football players. That's just a harsh fact. You think that photo looks limited, you should see the gameplay itself. Technology was so inadequate back then, that every moving player flickered to the point where you could barely see the action. There's just no way to try an explain how lousy the sound was. And worse, the screen didn't even scroll. Within a couple years, things would pick up slightly, with a competing console developing a football video game. It certainly was an improvement, with improved graphics, sound, and gameplay. Better, but not great. That one caused a huge sensation upon its arrival to the video game world, and while it set a (slightly) higher standard, this wasn't the foundation for football video games to be built on. It would take a few more years for that to happen. This one was a big innovation for football video games, and has fans who still swear by it. This one held the top spot for football video game fans forever.

Makes sense that it was so revered by the hardcore gamer - it really was the first true attempt to recreate the NFL. Graphics and sound were vastly improved, so for many years, this was the video football game. It's even got a presence in the gaming world today, thanks to its online comeback. But even that one can't compete with PS3 Madden 10. When you've seen all the rest, now take a look at the best.

Yes, technology has been good to the video game world in general, and the football video game has benefitted from it all. That being said, time to lay off making fun of the older football video games. We've made our point. Those games, while archaic, got us to where we are today, and for that, they deserve their place in the video game hall of fame (though that first one may be better off in "video game hall of shame.") PS3 Madden 10 is in a whole different stratosphere than its predecessors, and for that, hardcore gamers have every reason to be stoked. But it's not just the hardcore gamers that are loving this one - the critics have weighed in, and they give it the thumbs up. Anytime you read a PS3 Madden 10 review, you'll see things like "realistic and enjoyable." Once again, EA Sports makes a win with PS3 Madden 10 - was there any doubt? Don't listen to the naysayers and the contrarians - there are few games as great as PS3 Madden 10. Sure, we love all PlayStation sports video games, but PS3 Madden 10 stands at the top, as one of the best. In the video game world, PS3 football games begin and end with Madden. Along with its major popularity, this is also where you get to battle for bucks.

Now, PlayStation Madden 10 fans can go toe-to-toe and play video games for money. Once you do your homework and study the playbook, you'll be in the end zone scoring points and making your rivals weep as you empty out their bank accounts.
